Shipping & Delivery

Information about shipping times, costs, returns, and our commitment to getting your order to you safely.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within North America. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date your order ships, note it way take longer depending on dates and quantity.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials and track every shipment. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and packed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. We do not charge for order processing—shipping costs are the only fees applied at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately at support@aesthetekapparel.com with photos of the damage. We'll investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours, either by shipping a replacement or issuing a full refund.

We're committed to ensuring every piece arrives in perfect condition. Packaging issues are rare thanks to our rigorous quality control, but we're always here if something goes wrong.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement at no cost. After that window, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be altered. If you need to cancel after fulfillment has begun, you can return the items for a full refund once received.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include real-time tracking. Once your package ships, we'll email you a tracking number you can use to monitor delivery progress. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website for up-to-date information on delivery status.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address. Once we receive confirmation, we'll reship your order at no additional cost. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we're happy to process that.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, packages can occasionally go missing. For domestic orders, we file a claim with the carrier if a package doesn't arrive within 10 business days. Once the claim is settled, we'll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most addresses in the continental US and select international locations. Some orders to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote areas may incur additional fees or delays. These will be noted at checkout before you complete your purchase.
